  They charge you after insurance processing an exuberant amount and blame it on the insurance not paying up. They can always do a pre - approval for such things but they do not.
  I received a bill of over $215 after paying $180 out of pocket initial estimate. The insurance tried calling them but the person responsible never spoke to the insurance.
  They just lost a family of 4 members as their customers. Stay away.
